I cannot say enough great things about Advanced Payroll Consultants. They are so much more then just a basic payroll company. The owner, Bill, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all things business related. Even on the rare occasion where he may not have the answer on hand, he knows how to find it and find it quickly. Throughout the years, he has brought to our attention many different ways for us to save money. The majority of which we would have never thought was possible nor that we could even qualify for.

Bill always goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a typical payroll company. Just recently he helped us out of a major jam where we were about to lose our workers compensation coverage for the upcoming year. Bill was able to find a way to get our policy extended and did it when our backs were up against the wall with a very small window of time in which to do so. He was able to do so even after our initial appeal was already denied. I cannot thank him enough for getting that done for us and how fast he was able to do so and also for a laundry list of other things he has helped us with throughout the years of doing business together.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention Aubrey and Carolyn, who run Bill's office. To say they delivery outstanding customer service would be an extreme understatement. No matter how many times, I've needed to make last minute changes or corrections to my weekly payroll (Which they can attest, happens far too often) or if I need a report, pay stub etc., they are always extremely courteous, polite and lightening fast to get it done for me.

Over the years I've probably dealt with at least a half dozen other payroll companies and none of them could hold a candle to the professionalism, knowledge and timeliness of Advanced Payroll Consultants.

No matter how big or small a company you may be, they will treat you with the same respect and appreciation for being a client of theirs. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a payroll company or anyone who is dissatisfied with their current payroll company.
