I found Tracy through Google so hopefully this review helps someone else find her too. After struggling with costochondritis for several months without any resolution, I finally see progress and an end in sight. She truly understands the human body and how everything is connected, including the mind/body connection. She has helped me relieve so much tension in my chest, neck & back. Tracy is an absolute expert in her field and I cannot recommend her enough.

Tracy is truly the best. Her knowledge and expertise with the human body is incredible. I've been seeing Tracy for the last three years and every time I leave her office I feel brand new. My most recent visit, I went in for some lower back pain and came out learning that one of my ribs had been stuck and I had no idea, just thought I was sore from sit-ups! Adding in the red light therapy has also increased my recovery tremendously. She truly cares about her patients and their recovery!

Tracy's in-depth knowledge and methods are amazing. I had never been to physical therapy before, so I didn't know what to expect. I had been getting bad pain in my outer hip after running and had tried stretching and self massage but it didn't fix the problem. Tracy took me through a few assessments to narrow down the source, she then spent the hour slowly working her 'magic' to release the area and get things back where they belonged. She gave me a couple simple exercises to do at home to activate and strengthen the right muscles to keep the issue from coming back. Hands down I will be back to see Tracy if something else comes up, and I would highly recommend her.

Tracy is absolutely awesome! She genuinely cares about your health and well-being. I completely trust in her medical opinion and I know that she will do whatever necessary to get me back to working out and feeling great. I leave each therapy session amazed at how much better I feel already. The inclusion of red light therapy in my recovery has been a total game changer. 100% worth the investment!

Tracy is so incredibly wonderful! I have been going to see her for several months now getting work done as I prepare for a Crossfit competition and I have never felt better! I have had issues with my elbows in the past and she always seems to work her magic and help create more mobility and decrease the pain. Such a great investment and I highly recommend her! Also, The red light therapy is incredible and well worth the investment as well 🙂

I cannot put into words how absolutely skilled and talented Tracy Beck is. Within two visits, the back pain I had been experiencing for > 5 years had almost completely resolved. She truly has magical hands.
I have referred over 6 family members to Tracy, all of whom are as completely impressed as I am. I am so grateful for all the work she has done, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her.
