Buyer beware! Do not buy from here!

I wish that I had read the last year of reviews prior to re-ordering posters again for 2023. My company has ordered from here in the past. This year, I was unable to access my account. I finally purchased as a "Guest". Credit Card transaction was confirmed, but I received NO order confirmation or tracking emails. Sent 3 inquiry emails sent through the Compliance Assistance "contact" tab and haven't received any responses. The phone number associated with this business is not accepting calls or messages. It's time to contest this transaction with my credit card provider.

I too wish I had seen the reviews but, like RJ Wegener, I've had no problems in the past (previous 2-3 orders). This last time, 11/17/22 for 2023 posters, we decided to pay the extra for the automatic updates ("Coverage Plan").

While we did receive the 2023 posters, I emailed them through their Contact Us on 6/29/23 because I found out from our Dept. of Labor's email that there was a Nebraska min. wage increase effective 1/1/23, but we had not received an updated sticker. We then received a piece of mail from them, but with the wrong stickers. So I emailed them again through Contact Us on 7/11/23 about the wrong stickers, but didn't receive any more stickers or any contact.

You other reviewers seem to have received worse experiences because we at least received the initial 2023 posters, but I will contact our bank about disputing the charge.

Have ordered here for several years and never had a problem. This time I have not received an order confirmation but have been charged for the poster. Found my email from last year and reached out to them regarding this year's order and they replied back with last year's order confirmation. The phone number, in the email and on the Google search, is a number that doesn't take incoming calls so that is pointless. Customer service is definitely lacking. I need my receipt and poster or I need a refund.

I ordered 3 different posters a month ago and received 1 correct package and 1 incorrect package and I am still missing another package. The tracking number says it has not left the facility. I have tried calling but the number is disconnected, the emails go to no one and there is no way to contact anyone. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, in fact it doesn't seem like a real company anyway.

Buyer beware, find another source for your posters. Do not even think about automatic updates. They do not ship on time or not at all, they automatically charge your credit card, there is no where in their website to remove your credit card number, and there is no phone number to contact them. Direct contact through their website will receive no response or you may receive a response 6 months later.

Ordered poster 3 weeks ago & did not receive. Tracking info indicates the poster is still in FL for the last 2.5 weeks. Sent message last week and have not heard back and phone number not working.

However, everything changed in 2023. I was unable to access my account. Attempted three times to confirm/reset my password without success. Nothing was ever sent to me email as stated. I was unable to establish a new account because (I'm told) I already have an existing account. I finally purchased as a "Guest". Credit Card transaction was confirmed, but I received NO order confirmation or tracking emails. Inquiry emails sent through the Compliance Assistance "contact" tab have gone unanswered. The phone number associaled with this business is not accepting calls/messages. GIANT RED FLAG. Considering my experience and recent reviews, it's time to contest this transaction with my C/C provider as well as contact the BBB. Unfortunately, I was forced to give this business a one star review in order to post a review. Buyer beware!!!!

I ordered posters a month ago and never received a confirmation, an order number, an invoice nor a receipt. I have reached out several times asking for this information and I have not heard back from them. In addition, their phone number "is not set up to receive incoming calls". Zero customer support.
