If I could give them 100 stars I would. The office staff goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you’re needing. I personally needed two assessment's and they where done by Miss Hannah. I normally do not feel comfortable in these kind of settings but she truly cares about her patients and wants nothing but the best for them. Thank you Miss Hannah, Miss Amy and Miss Veronica for being such awesome people. Keep being amazing!!!

So me and my daughter's counselor and caseworker called yesterday to get her some help and was told i could have her there at 9 this morning. Only to call this morning to let them know I was running a little bit behind and then the man who answers the phone basically calls me a liar and says that they would not have said that that's not how it works there. Continued to say that the conversation did not happen when I tried to explain. A mother going through a very traumatic incident with her daughter and this is what you have to deal with. So now I'm a liar my daughter's counselor's liar and her caseworker's a liar. She has done miss 2 days of school trying to get help through this company and still had the run around. You know after 22 years I would expect some change in a place like this but I can tell that it's still the same from whenever I was there.

Didn’t tell us we were out of their coverage area until I drove an hour and walked in the door. I had talked to them the day before, they knew what county I was from. The lady who told us we weren’t in the coverage area said “We can’t serve you”. If she was apologetic, I would have been like, mistakes happen. But she was incredibly rude. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I will never speak good about this place, the therapists are liars and the receptionists are rude; I hope someone buys them out and improves the place. It's full of people on high horses and know-it-alls. "Nothing personal just business" - basically their motto. We're all just a business maker for them.

Most unprofessional place I’ve seen. Upon arrival there was a man in jeans with holes and sweat shirt laying on a couch playing on his phone turns out he was the facility director
