This place is not the same anymore.The doctor I was seeing was very snooty and I felt uncomfortable. She also didn't put my meds in after me calling 3 days a head of time like I was told to do.
The billing is all screwed up,I paid all of my bills and they are still sensing the same ones in the mail,told them have all credit card receipts and sent in a money order they said they hasn't recieved, it was cashed the day before.I called to track it I bought it from my bank so it shows where it was made out to.
Anyway I loved my therapist, but they have "medical management " I have been on a controlled for over 30 years.If your on a controlled you may not want to come here. The one Doctor they tried getting to send mine in because they couldn't reach the dr.i was seeing ,he stated that my primary care should be giving me it.Its for anxiety for God's sake primary care is already overwhelmed, they don't even prescribe these meds like back I'm the day.If it's a mental health issue it would make sense that a doctor licensed to treat bipolar and panic would automatically send in script
I had to walk in there personally to find out why my scripts weren't sent and was told over th3 phone they were.
Also they have no clue what they're doing and when they said they were busy that was it for me.Done not going back ,I did finally get my scripts but the doctor lowered my dose without notice or my knowledge I found out when I recieved a text about which meds were sent in and the dose and amount .To me that's just wrong and also they don't answer a lot of the time either.It just wasn't for me.

I attended therapy and psychiatric appointments here for two years. I saw four different therapists and never felt helped by any of them. They had no idea what to do about any of my issues, it seemed like they only knew the very basics on mood disorder. I had Dr. Dave Cooper as my psychiatrist for a while and he was a godsend, went above and beyond, but he went back to working on crisis team. Pretty much as soon as he was no longer my doctor, they kicked me out for missing a couple appointments, despite the fact that I take very serious medication and need continuous care. I've done my best to stay in contact with them, but I'm only human. I am very dissatisfied with this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone.
