We have a superb activities director we have regular meetings to discuss iintrestsand preferences for everyone. We love her to pieces!!!

Initially we were treated well but then customer service went down the drain as we waited and waited for status of moms acceptance or not. It took numerous days to get a response saying "sorry for the delay, we're currently meeting to make our decision. Then it took almost another month to get the update. I wish it werent true but in our case the public relations was horrible!

Jill was very helpful to me. Responsive and kind. We did not move our mom in because of other reasons but Jill was very helpful and got a plan B in place for us quickly.

I have been going to Brookdale in Stayton since it was formerly Lakeside. In the beginning the food and service in the dining room was very good. Since it has changed ownership, the food and kitchen service has dropped greatly in the last year or so. An example can be if four people are sitting at a table, three of them can be served and done before the fourth person has even received their food. Another problem is often waiting up to an hour for the meals to arrive at the table. An equally frustrating issue is receiving cold food. Speaking on a positive note is that the majority of the employees are wonderful, caring people. The grounds and all the surroundings are kept up beautifully.

I Ben coming to see a friend from here for a year and a half everyone is so nice and they care a lot about everyone I love this place so much I started working here and I still love coming every day if you looking for a place to put your loved ones you guys this is the best place to do it they will care for him like their family not saying it just cuz I work here we all care for every residence and their family

At first glance, the place looks nice - looks are deceiving! But when visiting a relative here, found their room to be absolutely filthy. Carpets horribly stained, the room reeked of urine and the bed was in a dilapidated state.

I went in the other day and met the marketer and she was amazing. Her tour was complete and the building looked wonderful with the new updates they are making!!
