The facility staff are amazing and make each person feel welcomed. Tad has worked with me through my injury, explaining my issue on the first day and answered any questions I had. He has given me exercises I can do at home, and incorporates new exercises when I come in. Absolutely will recommend to anyone

I’ve been working with Francesco and Jay for my back pain, and I can’t say enough about how amazing this facility and its team are. From top to bottom, they’re fantastic. I genuinely look forward to my sessions and the exercises they guide me through. What stands out is how they encourage clients to reach out if anything comes up before the next appointment. Thanks to this incredible team, my back pain is nearly gone, and I feel fully prepared to manage my exercises at home if I experience any discomfort. Plus, I know they’re there for me if I ever need to return. This has been by far the best experience I’ve had!

The cozy one room set-up at this location with 2 private rooms to one side is quiet and peaceful to be in. The small strip mall ground floor only location makes it easy to walk in right from the parking area - you do not have to struggle to walk around to the "front" because their FRONT is AT THE BACK. The support staff at the reception desk are right there to the right upon entering, with a nice bathroom right on the left (no long walk through a labyrinth to get to it), and immediately past this desk is a small group of square shaped wooden looking lockers with your own key on elastic wristband provided right in the lock. The place is quiet and calm, you do not feel like you are in the middle of hubbub. It is a teaching facility also, which I truly respect. The head PT (this I glean from the pics of the staff on the wall to the left as you enter), Erin, is knowledgeable, calm and wise beyond her years - I feel HEARD every time I speak with her. She NEVER rushes me. Her demeanor - warm, gentle, unimposing - fills the whole place with tranquility.

Buffalo Rehab Group has been amazing for the recovery of my shoulder. From the time you check in at the front to working on exercises everyone is so warm and welcoming. Christine & Kara really care about helping me get better and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes time to strengthening my shoulder. I highly recommend seeing them for any injury you may have!

Love Buffalo Rehab Group. They are wonderful, flexible, they aim to help in appt scheduling, as well as changing or lightening exercises if need be. I personally recommend Frank or Jay, as they work on a team together and they are both great. Super friendly and fun too!!
