Fantastic service twice now!
Both my Husband and I have been seen in the ER / 24/7 clinic.

Each time every staff member we talked with showed a ton of care. And look, I have over 10 years of retail experience, I know when people are faking it or rushing around.

We received excellent advice, everyone took time to listen, and answered all of our questions and concerns. From the receptionist, to the three triage nurses who saw us, to Dr. Milesko, I could have not asked for better kind, knowledgeable, and understanding service.

My husband and I are typically not the ones to run and see a doctor over any "minimal" concerns - but it is very nice to know we have a fantastic place to go when we need it.

My mamaw was in Breckinridge Memorial on comfort measures for a couple of weeks. We could not have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time. Every single nurse and CNA treated us like family. They checked on us and even came to visit on their off days. Dr. Smith and Dr. O'Donahue were so patient with us and with mamaw and provided amazing care in her final days. The kitchen staff were so kind and provided us with guest trays while we were there as we stayed 24/7 with mamaw. Before comfort care she was receiving therapy and they went above and beyond trying to help her get her strength back and to be able to perform some of her own activities of daily living. Housekeeping was so respectful and kind when they came in to clean her room. The lab and radiology staff were so kind and gentle with her. This hospital treats you like family and they actually care so much for not only their patients but also the family members of that patient. I will forever be grateful that this is where my mamaw was able to spend her final days. Surrounded by so much love and compassion. Small hospital.....BIG heart ❤️

My Dad was a patient in the rehab wing for over a month and he was treated very well. The nursing staff was attentive and caring towards him and my Mom also who spent every day there. The housekeeper kept his room clean and tidy. We are very grateful for their kindness and compassion.

The staff are very friendly and there’s never a wait to be seen. I’ve been seen here a few times (even for chronic conditions) and each time I left feeling confident in the doctors treating me. I will say that the compassion towards pain could be improved. I understand this day and age that we must assume everyone is an addict, but some of us are genuine and when we come to you, we’re simply saying we don’t know what else to do. Please understand. Overall, great hospital, and I will continue to seek my treatment here in the future!

Old doctor shaking like a leaf, didn't do nothing for me. Read on the Internet closing these hospitals down get rid of this one ain't fit for nobody

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one this time! I’m giving five stars for the emergency room because it is well deserved! My mother was seen and taken care of promptly. Her nurse, Tiffany Stull, deserves a praise! Also, the doctor on call was courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you for such great service in time of need!

Absolute hell hole of a place to be at. Nobody knows what they are doing there. Staff there are horrendous, always seeing different ones - perhaps a revolving door of staff. They don't take every emergency in otherwise get sent elsewhere. Lack of care towards patients; seems like they care most for social media more than anything - child's play.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. They do not deserve to be in business.

Patients coming into the ER are initially treated with cynicism until their tests come back, proving they have an actual problem. This gaslighting by medical professionals likely leads to many people with legitimate issues leaving before they have been properly treated. Also, why bother having a portal if no documentation is uploaded there? I called several days ago to inquire about this so I could receive my test results for my PCP and I am still awaiting a callback from BMH, though I see my PCP today. I asked the ER doctor if I should follow up with my gastroenterologist and was told no. I am glad I didn’t listen to him as diverticulitis flares warrant a colonoscopy. This was only the most recent terrible experience here, but there won’t be another. Do better!
