Elyse's inferno class is always one I don't want to miss. She is well-prepared with exercises that add variety and challenge to the workouts. Elyse changes the playlists so that our minds get that variety of simulation along with our muscles. She is a fantastic motivator, provides modifications for all exercises, and has an amazing personality. I truly appreciate Elyse.

The instructors are always professional and helpful, I love that each class welcomes people of all levels of yoga, and I always feel safe and comfortable to grow and improve my yoga skills. 10/10, it’s the best studio around. I always have an amazing experience!

Wonderful studio! I love the variety of hot yoga classes offered and the uniqueness of each of the instructors. The studio is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every time I take a class here I leave feeling so good both in body and mind! Highly recommend checking them out!

Great teachers and yoga- but it would be nice if they could get the heat consistent. Some days it is way too hot with so many people in there and I can’t make it through the full class. Other days it’s barely warm. The days it’s too hot I’m not even sure it’s healthy. There should be a way to regulate the temperature.

This studio is so cool with very helpful people who have time to talk to you and make you feel welcome. I went 3 days in a row and was pleased with how well run and organized it was. I will return!❤️
