Innovations is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a professional and friendly staff in a spotlessly clean environment. Was in a Wedding with Lexi D. as the hair stylist - she was amazing and efficient! Everyone's hair looked incredible. Mine was very simple and already styled by some of the other ladies in the party, but she went the extra mile and gave me some volume (no extra charge!)
We graduated the same year and she was always in cos and I'm so happy to see her continuing on with it and doing great work.

I had Lexi D. booked for hair styling for my wedding party and I. I couldnt say more good words about everything she did for us! She was accomodating, polite, fun and professional. Everyone loved their hair! I requested a look that I knee going in might not work with my hair type, but she figured out a way to make it work and it was breath-taking!

Waited almost an hour for my haircut. Checked in at the front desk several times and was assured the hairstylist Nina-Marie was almost done. The hairstylist never checked in or gave any explanation as to the delay. I finally left without the haircut. Sick of waiting. Never had such horrible customer service at a hair salon. Don’t waste your time going here!

I had a 3:00 appointment and was across the street when they called to say Aubrey was running late, ok stuff happens. I moved my next appt to accommodate the hairstylist and sat in their parking lot for 30 minutes & went in at 3:30 and checked in.I then waited till 3:45. No one approached me, and the receptionist didn’t even know if she was in the building. So I ended up leaving and missed my next appointment.
I’m totally not impressed.

I had a Swedish Massage (60 minutes) done by Poppy. She did a great job, and the price was VERY reasonable (82$, much cheaper than other places I have been to!). It was very relaxing, and I liked that they asked if there were any places I didn’t want massaged (I always disliked having the oil in my hair, so I declined the scalp part). It was a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new massage place!

Excellent spa experience! Professional and friendly staff, relaxing and posh environment, a plethora of services. They also have high end beauty products and various fashion items for sale. They book up quickly, so definitely call several days in advance of your desired date to visit. Lexi does amazing hair color and she does THE best A-Line Bob cut I've ever had!
