Very Caring staff! I watched patients come into the waiting and be greeted like family their names known. The receptionist made you feel at ease right from the start. The nurse who reviewed my medical info in the room was personable and professional. Dr Hehemann was outstanding! He addressed my concerns, reviewed the options and made sure I understood everything! 1st time in all my years of going to different foot doctors that I felt this doctor actually cared about my well being as others it was Hi - bye. Definitely, recommend Balance foot and ankle Wellness Center branch in Sheffield Village!!

I have been a Balance patient for several years. I love it. Best podiatrists I have seen. Dr. Schaefer is kind, welcoming, and actually listens to her patients. I feel so comfortable under her care. She is also personable. Every time I visit the office, we talk about books and I leave with a new reading suggestion. I could not recommend her enough.

Would give ten stars if I could! I saw Dr. Hehemann and was so impressed with how he could take a stressful and uncomfortable procedure and make it one that went by in the blink of an eye and was not painful! Dr. Hehemann‘s bedside manner, detail in explaining procedures and clinical skill set was truly outstanding. I am so grateful they are in my neighborhood, but would not hesitate to make the drive to this practice if I lived elsewhere! Thank you, Balance-I will gladly be referring to those in need!

Dr. Jonathan Sharpe was absolutely fantastic and did both of my foot surgeries and Bishop and Saxon assisted him for both, and they were great too! Highly recommend all three!

Balance foot and ankle wellness center is simply amazing. Coming in for the first time I was greeted with a smile and by name. There waiting room feels more high class then an ordinary doctors office. They sparred no exsperance. I was seen with in 15 min. Of checking in for my appointment and helped with every qustion that I had. When I went into the doctors room there was a nice lazy boy Automatic reclining, messasing, and heating seat. They Really spared no expenses and making the experience feel more than a doctor's visit. When I left I was giving a gift bag with a hand written note thanking me for coming in and hoping to she me in the future. Also in the bag was a small cheesecloth wrapped mint slats, so every time I opened the bag it smells great. The overall exsperance and feel is at the top of my list Easily making it a 5 star experience I recommend balance to any anyone and everyone experiencingl foot pain like mine.

I really love the staff at the Lakewood location!
Brandi is always so wonderful and very thoughtful. The assistants are very careful and caring. They explain everything to me about my feet. Then Dr. Hehemann keeps me up on the best care between visits. Thanks to the entire staff.

I have been with Dr Jennifer Prezioso for five years now. She is an amazing doctor who listens to her patients and is always treating them by the best means possible. She goes above and beyond to meet her patients needs no matter what their needs might be. She is an expert in her field and her entire staff is also just as amazing. Dr Prezioso is one of the best doctors I have and I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a podiatrist!!
