I received a better job offer while waiting for this company to complete a background check. They only asked for my SSN and addresses—no verification of previous employment or education—so it was a fairly basic records search. Despite that, it still took over a week to complete. I also never received the copy of the report I had requested.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this company. My experience with their background check services has been unsatisfactory. Despite waiting for over seven days, my report has not been completed, and the lack of responsiveness from customer service has only added to my frustration. The representatives I interacted with appeared unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to others seeking reliable background check services.

This is the worst background company EVER and they are going to cause me to choose another job because of the delays. They can’t verify anything AND I’m doing all the work. Even after giving them info. I went to high school in the same county yet they claimed there was no record. I worked for a county office and we had meeting notes on line if they googled they could’ve verified that. I called my previous bosses and none of them heard from the company. So they did not reach out to anyone. My sister is having the same problem and she was fingerprinted as a teacher in 2 school districts and they couldn’t find proof so to speak and wouldn’t accept her IDs as proof nor call the department she provided. I wouldn’t trust these people as they couldn’t locate your house keys with an air tag even if it were on their desks. All honesty the potential job HR department should be able to do this on their own. Heck pay me and I’ll verify myself. There are better companies to do background check this this. If there aren’t we are all in trouble.

Laid off a huge number of employees a few years ago to implement an AI instead of having humans run the background checks. they were super secretive about this calling it "the thing" or "Grimm" because they didn't want the employees to catch wind of it. then started to gaslight the team about their performance to clean house.

its clear that AI wasn't the magic bullet they thought it would be. Asurint was a company with good reviews when i worked there, now its a mess and the reviews show it.

I can't believe this company still makes money. They took over two weeks to "Verify" my information, by having me providing documents that they couldn't bother looking up. After the first week, they randomly decided I needed to provide even more documents. Following providing exactly what they asked for, they took an additional 36 hours to verify my company information. They couldn't bother to read my email where I explained why the company name on my resume doesn't match the name on my W2. Literally a 2 second google search would have verified the content/explanation in my email, which they didn't bother to read. Their incompetency at doing their job results in me starting a week later at my new job

I seriously hope I NEVER have to deal with this company ever again.

This is by far the most ridiculous place ever to get a background check they are slower than dial up internet I have been waiting several weeks for my complete background check to come back and everytime I reach out they put me of and say it should be completed by this date, then it changes I really think companies should explore other options besides this place. because they are absolutely a joke.

They are a company willing to harm the morals and ethics of Hispanics looking for work in the United States. The company I applied to told me that they could not employ me because according to ASURINT I had a criminal record, which I was able to deny through the DPS.

Future employer using these guys for employment verification, they want 7 years. If there is a gap you must explain why, if they can't reach the prior companies you worked for you must submit tax info or pay stubs. Doesn't matter to them if it was 2 months or 2 years, must be able to prove what you were doing during the time. Been almost a week and I still cant go to work even though they really want to hire me.

Edit: it took them two months to finish my background check and I was finally able to get hired at a union job
