My appointment with MeeshaKeena was amazing. She was able to help heal my emotional blocks in one session than me having to go through many sessions with a therapist. Not to say a therapist is not needed; I just knew I had to meet (her) to move me through (my) process of healing a lot faster than had I not worked with MeeshaKeena. She is definitely a gifted Metaphysical healer. I would absolutely recommend her to my clients and friends!

I recently visited Michelle at Ashamenta to get some healing energy. I had an infected ear piercing that I was told needed antibiotics. I’m trying to build my gut health, so I really wanted to give my body the chance to heal itself. Michelle assessed my situation and performed a combination of Reiki and Prana with aromatherapy. I was amazed to find that the pain had eased considerably through the session! She sent me home with a custom tea to soak my ear in. It took two days for the swelling to go down, and another day for the piercing to stop draining, but I’m very happy with my results! The first picture is the day I went to Ashamenta, and the second picture is 4 days later. Thank you, Michelle!

After participating in one of their sweat lodges for the first time (highly recommend, by the way), I signed up for their Intro to Journey Work class. I have to say that MeeshaKeena and Dayna Grace did a phenomenal job explaining all the aspects and tools necessary to begin your shamanic training. They provided a safe and lovely space. The classes were informational, fun, and highly enjoyable! I am looking forward to participating in many more of their future offerings!

What a wonderful group of women! I immediately felt a warm welcoming upon arrival. I was invited to the dance class and came back the next day for reiki. This was my first experience with Ashamenta Healing Arts. I went to their Reiki Clinic. I was immediately met with friendly faces and as we all gathered and began introductions, I was immediately impressed with the people in the room and so grateful for the sense of community that was opened to me. I had taken classes with MeeshaKeena years ago and her classes are available to retake once you’ve gone through them once. When I saw she was offering the Reiki Master class again I had to jump in, the timing for me in my life was perfect and I have truly gained even more gems of wisdom this go round. MeeshaKeena is a joy to be around and carries so much wisdom with her and teaches in such a way that is relatable and challenges you to ask yourself difficult questions. The Tribe of people that study and practice out of Ashamenta and under MeeshaKeena vibrate that same kind of love energy with them and are magical individuals that are inspired by facilitating safe spaces for others to tap into their own innate wisdom and capabilities for healing as lead by an incredible teacher.
