Went for the first time today and was so impressed. From my initial booking to the appointment the service and attention to detail were so impressive. The place is beautiful and spotless, and the staff explain everything really well and take excellent care of you while you’re there. It was my first time trying a float tank so it took me a little while to relax but once I did it was incredible. I also did the red light bed which was a perfect way to transition back into my day. I will definitely going back and adding on a massage 😀

Aqua Spa is amazing! I love the variety of offerings they have! The staff is super friendly, caring, and helpful! The massage therapist, Kat, is fantastic! My husband and I have gone a few times now and our favorites are the couples float session and the massages! It is an absolutely amazing experience and I highly recommend it to everyone!

On my most recent trip to Oswego I was gifted a float to the Aqua Spa. I was hesitant at first, but OMG, it was amazing. I cannot even begin to describe how relaxed, centered & rejuvenated I felt when done. If you are skeptical like I was, GO FOR IT! You will not be disappointed. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, facility was meticulously clean. Now the hard part, trying to find a similar establishment back at home. Thank you Aqua Spa, I thoroughly enjoyed my first float and my experience at your wellness center.

Today I had the swedish massage, the infrared sauna and an infrared treatment. What an amazing life-altering experience. All the way here all I kept feeling was that I was stuck in fight or flight mode. The aqua spa team healed me more than they'll ever know. I am so grateful to the whole team and to my daughter for this amazing gift. If you haven't gone go if you don't know what to get somebody get them this.

I was greeted by a pleasant young lady and everything was amazing from there! The atmosphere was so serene and relaxing. I chose the Aqua Float for my first visit and I must say it did not disappoint! I felt safe and comfortable as I floated into meditation and sleep. I was overwhelmed when I got there but soon was lost in the serenity. After my float I spent time in the primp room. The lighting and available items left for me to use made it perfect! I enjoyed a cup of camomile tea in the beautiful quiet room. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for that perfect relaxing spot. I plan on many more visits. Thank you to all the staff that made my visit one to remember. Every girl deserves a treat like this!

I had the best experience at the Aqua Spa! Staff were delightful and professional, walking me through the process for each modality that I tried (red light therapy, cryotherapy, massage chair, and oxygen bar). I walked into the sanctuary carrying weight on my shoulders from the normal stressors of life and left the facility feeling rejuvenated and full of energy! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s a legitimate gem 💎
