I used to use the ADP ipay site to check my pay statement so I could insure my hours and pay rates were correct. Now that they no longer post the pay statements all that's available are W2's. Since I print out my W2 the ability to look up old ones online is redundant. Without pay statements being posted the site is effectively useless unless you're an employer.

Adp has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in 30 years of working with payroll companies. They really absolutely do not care about their customers. They do not help them with on boarding and they send you to 20 different people to get answers and you wait weeks to get a response. I will never recommend Adp ever again to any of my clients as a consultant. I would warn you to avoid this group as much as possible.
