I participated in the September retreat in Xaló and it was a magical experience! Between the well thought out schedule of Kundalini yoga, delicious home cooked meals, energy/healing treatments and lots of time for rest, reflection or just hanging out by the pool; I ended up feeling more deeply connected with myself and physically and mentally refreshed. Usha brought a gentle and healing energy to the retreat and managed each day with a spirit of collaboration with us all, whilst still managing to surprise us with guest speakers/artists. An absolute pleasure to attend and be a part of 💜

The September retreat far exceeded my expectations which were very high. The accommodation, food, yoga, setting and of course Usha and Gareth, all exceptional and nourishing.

Absolutely loved the Soul Rise Retreat hosted by Aarushi yoga & will repeat, the itinerary ticked all my boxes with regards to kundalini yoga sessions, treatments, food & surroundings - a week on I still feel the zen from just 5 days away! Great location, lovely accommodation & great participants, most definitely a recommended experience. I also attend Usha’s weekly yoga classes which I find really uplifting & energising yet also very calming, I always come away feeling empowered! Thank you Usha for bringing sunshine & serenity to our sometimes quite overwhelming lives 🙏

Usha is an efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable women who is well versed in the art of putting on a retreat. She understands the logistics of . retreating and offers support and directives as needed. She came through when I struggled to manage the different personalities of my retreat participants. This was my first international retreat and I don't think I would have pulled it off without the support from Usha. She is friendly, patient, and available to address any questions or concerns that arise. I appreciate the pace she set for communicating and interacting. The women
loved her Aromatherapy workshop, and the ability to in customize their own scents to take home.

Kundalini Yoga with Usha on the rooftop bar overlooking the sea is a serene escape. Usha, our experienced guide, leads us through a relaxing practice with the soothing sound of waves in the background. Practicing with Usha for almost 2y has been wonderful. Her clear instructions and calming presence make each session enjoyable and fulfilling. I will give a 10 stars if possible . Namaste!

She makes you feel at ease from the beginning and always ensures classes are varied and comfortable, tailoring her teaching to any needs within the group. Had the pleasure of attending a lovely full moon ceremony hosted by Usha, while on holiday in Javea. Such a beautiful way to experience kundalini for the first time. We also shared a delicious meal in the beautiful retreat setting, with a really lovely group of people. Would highly recommend her and this experience to anyone looking to connect with like-minded people and explore kundalini.
