My car getting towed - SUCKY!!!!! Me getting A&A to tow my vehicle - best I could have asked for! They answered every phone call and question that I had - and my confused self called a few times - o and when I got there I of course forgot my keys - the office lady sat with me and visited while we waited (we humaned and it was nice). I even bombarded the tow truck driver while he was working and he took the time to listen to me whine - About nothing and everything all at once? I am one of those melodramatic fools, neurotic to the bone, no doubt about it. I mean sometimes I give myself the creeps, sometimes my mind plays tricks on me - but he listened and calmed me in my storm. They took great care of my vehicle while it was in their possession. All employee interactions were top notch. If you have to get your car towed - and get a choice/selection - choose A&A.

PS - To the city of San Jose - It wasn't me fault! You are the ones that made a downtown that I wanted to explore! (I don't really want to anymore but that's a different conversation).

I ended up paying $560 to recover my towed vehicle from them. I called them and waited for 30 minutes in parking lot. After a while, a guy showed up in their minuscule office. He explained all costs and asked to pay upfront before checking my vehicle for damages.

Don't use this service. They are very shady. The tow truck drivers are very good. However, the company charged you for mileage that they did not tow. They charged for $20 credit card processing fee. They charged outrageous storage fee. They find way to delay releasing your car so that they can keep charging more storage. They don't provide itemized detail receipt.

Super nice staff. I expected to go in and be greeted by angry people, but the person that helped me out was extremely polite and patient. Same story goes for the person I talked with on the phone. They must have had a staff overhaul recently because my experience there is nothing like what most of the reviews here say. Their easy to reach location in the middle of town, large sign to see at the end of the road, and branded tow trucks make them easy to reach.

One star because uhhh MY CAR GOT TOWED but also because of my experience. Dispatch lady was low key rude and passive aggressive but later changed her attitude as she realized that talking more nicely to people will get you the same energy back….I admit my friend was rude to her back but like gurl! MY CAR GOT TOWED!! OFC IM UPSET…anyways my friend and I both got our cars towed because we were parked in a spot for over the listed time. We acknowledge our fault and went to get our car but the price to get your car out is ridiculous!!! They are robbing us blind as it was

So total was $530 for a car that was towed and stored for 5 hours…

I was parked in front of Ulta Friday night and went to Applebee's for my Birthday dinner.
My car was park in a regular parking space.
We Went home with a neighbor because we're drinking.
I went back at 2:00 to get my car and it was Towed by this Company.
The dispatch woman who I spoke to has a trash Mouth.
Rudely she said if you have a problem with it then call and make dispute on Monday and Hung up on me.she wouldn't let me talk to anyone in Management!!!!!!!
