You will end up paying more than normal price when done!!!!!

I bought a coupon from Groupon for eyebrows microblading I was excited as I always wanted to try it once I finish buying I call the company to make an appointment let me tell you I had to call almost 5 times before getting someone to answer when I did I got someone who barely speaks English and said oh I have to be $50 upfront for the appointment which will be returned once appointment not canceled I said ok she send the invoice I paid and set my app date for May 14 @4pm anyway I end up got there at 3:30pm when I walk in no receptionist I call out and someone came her name was Leanna she said the receptionist step away and will be back she brings some paperwork over to sign and this is where the problems started all these little fees was add another $50 + 16.35 taxes and another page with $35 and 14.50 so anyone in there right mind would question all this as was never told about it so Leanna keeps on call Cindy which is the receptionist constantly no answer send her text no answer and after waiting so long Leana started my brows already so happen middle the session Cindy keeps texting and I am asking what going she saying I have to pay all these fees I said have Cindy call me she calls Leanna phone and I ask her explain to be what all these fees I am paying and what happens to the funds I already paid she saying these was already disclosed mind you it was not I keep asking what about the deposit is it being return she saying no and start be arguing with me and call me a low-class saying she is tired of dealing will all these low-class ppl I guess when you buy a coupon from Groupon your considered low class CINDY LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU NEED TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR AGAIN YOU WILL SEE WHAT LOWCLASS IS YOUR BEHAVIOR AS A RECEPTIONIST IS UNACCEPTABLE. AND YOU WAS GONE FROM BEFORE I ARRIVE THAT OFFICE I LEFT THAT OFFICE AT 6PM AND SHE NEVER RETURN BACK YOUR BOSS NEEDS TO GET RID OF YOU AS YOU WILL BE COSTING THEM CUSTOMERS AND PS I DID HAVE ALL THIS CONVERSATION ON RECORDS .
NOW TO LEANNA YOU WHERE AMAZING AND your PATIENT THRU THIS ORDEAL AND MY ADVICE YOU DON'T NEED TO WASTE UR TALENT IN SUCH A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT SHE WILL COST YOU TO LOSE CLIENTS YOU DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY BROW..
Will be filing a complaint with consumer & BBB etc

AND PLUS WHAT WAS PAID ON GROUPON ALSO

To CINDY AS I am aware your doing the respond for this company these charges was never disclose and yes groupon fine print did stated $50 fees which I was well aware of not all these other added fee ok Cindy and you have no dam right Calling customers LOW-CLASS guess your well aware of what low Class is because your ONE!!!!!!
AND I HAVE THAT HOLD INCIDENCE FROM START TO END RECORED OK

I found a good deal of Ulthera online and decided to book an appointment through the clinic's website

Cindy was my therapist. First impression was that she's friendly, flattering and fast

Before the session started, she gave briefly explaining systems about the layer of skins, how's the new technology machine working and how hurt I would get during the session ( not hurt at all for me )

During the session, the Ulthera machine was on and off and that made both of us lost the focus and nervous (especially/ me)

Also, she was a bit busy at the front desk while she was working on my face. She went out and came back, but not too long to wait

When it comes to the quality service with a high price, I needed attention and detail- oriented

Over all, she did pretty good job and could answer some of my questions

Plus, I just knew that my skin was stamina and I endured until the end (30-40ish minutes)

So I bought a coupon to the place from Groupon. There was a special deal and I bought 3 coupons spending a total of $250. Then I went to my first session, it was a good experience and the lady who calls herself Cindy or lily (don’t know which one is her real name) was nice and the experience was pleasant. I booked my next experience for the next week it was a colonic hydrotherapy. And when I went today. She said oh because I came the second time I have to pay $70 more and then proceeded to say the coupon doesn’t work and I’m paying less for the coupon so I have to pay more here. I said why and how and she just told me very rudely to leave and wouldn’t accept my coupon or even help me afterwards. Then she said just leave don’t come in a very rude way. I can’t even get a refund from Groupon as well, and why would she accept my first coupon and then not accept the other 2 and be super rude if it’s on the website and it’s completely according to the policy. I’m not going to pay an extra $140 just because I got a coupon and they don’t like it! They shouldn’t have a deal with Groupon then and then deman $70 extra each session when it’s supposed to be the exact price that I got from my coupon.

My very first experience getting a colonic and it was absolutely incredible. The lady made me feel so comfortable. You are in a discreet room alone with soothing music. I felt amazing during the procedure. I am definitely coming back for another session. Also would recommend my friends and family to come as well. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful first time experience.

When you smell a rat, there is a rat! I found a deal online for a FULL FACE & NECK ULTHERA TREATMENT. It was only $ 440 which of course made me wonder, when you compare the price to other places. Anyway when the ‘technician’ and I started to talk about my jawline needing attention, I was told that I had to chose between my jawline and neck, as I couldn’t have both. (Full face & neck!!!) When I mentioned my hooded eyelids, I was told that only brows was included in full face and neck, so I had to pay extra for my eyes. When I was done and asked why she hadn’t worked on my forehead, I was told the ulthera doesn’t include forehead and that I would need to have Botox to fix that. Full face and neck, not including forehead, eyes and jawline!!!!!!!! I ended up paying $ 180 more than the original deal + transducer fee, but then not getting my neck and forehead treated. It all lasted 40 mins including 10 mins where the lady had to attend someone/something else. Now I’m waiting to see, if I’ll get any positive results from the little treatment I got, or if the machine turns out to be a counterfeit model. BTW the place looks nothing like their webside. No spa wellness feeling at all, just a spooky place. It also seemed to me as if only one person was working there. Do I need to say more

I missed my appointment on Saturday but rescheduled for today. Unfortunately, I arrived 20 minutes late, and Cindy informed me that they were fully booked and that I would need to come back on Monday. However, when I checked online, I found that I could book another session within the hour. Cindy then called me and told me that the time slot was reserved for loyal customers only and stated she didn't want me to come to her establishment due to my previous absence and lateness. The place was completely empty, and based on my experience, I no longer trust the integrity of this business. I believe better service is needed, and to some extent, it felt racially motivated. It's unfortunate, but I don't think this place will last. They have lost my business.

I will attach pictures showing the full availability for the day, as well as the call where she told me she didn't want me to return following me setting up my appointment with 5 minutes when she was supposed to have a "customer" and was very upset that I used Groupon. It’s confusing why she would be upset about Groupon vouchers if her business and services are advertised there.

Cindy was amazing and helped me with various services at the 247 Wellness Service. I think the reason other people are upset is that they do not read the terms and conditions on Groupon properly. Additionally, they should make sure to be on time for their appointments. Overall, the service was amazing, and she was fantastic.
